I booked Royal Residency for my parents after surfing through handful of hotels in and around Dhanaulti. The reviews on travel platforms were good and thus I decided to go for this Hotel for my parents' stay. And this turned out to be the best choice I could have made. Royal Residency offered more than what was endorsed on Travel platforms. The service provided was excellent, food lip smacking and hospitality provided by Front office Desk is commendable. My parents being Senior Citizens, even the minute wish of theirs was taken care of effectively. Since the reviews by my parents is excellent, I am myself planning to stay at this Hotel next time when I travel to Dhanaulti. Keep up the good work Hotel Royal Residency.

Rooms are clean and big. Dhanaulti is a small place so don't expect too many amenities in the room. You would get the basic amenities and a large clean room. There is no coffee or tea maker available in the room but fresh coffee or tea could be ordered from the in house restaurant. Snacks from the restaurant are good. In room dining service is also good. Heaters may be required in colder months and are available on a chargeable basis. Food is good. Ala carte options are available for both breakfast and dinner. Avoid booking with breakfast as there are only two three items available in such package. It is better to book just the rooms. Service is good if you let them know well in advance and in one go, all your needs. We called them up in the morning with all our breakfast requirements and when we reached the table in around 20 25 mins, everything would be ready for us. Other groups who ordered upon reaching the restaurant had to wait for sometime. With all the minor shortcomings, this is still.tye best hotel in Dhanaulti. It is located in the middle of two eco parks. Our stay was very pleasant.

Service at restaurant in hotel is very slow.You need to give them 1.5 hours to serve your food post order.Service staff is lost.They wasted our crucial time in morning.Also very strange hotel they will lock main door of hotel at 10:00 pm.We went for walk informing reception guy but to our surprise the hotel main door was locked when we came back.When we called hotel manager he said we close hotel entrance gate at 10 pm.So its not Hotel its like college hostel which will close entry at 10.00pm.Rooms are ok.But customer delight comes from Service which is missing.Staff & Manager needs training in hospitality

Best choice of stay in dhanaulti. Call the hotel directly to get the best deal. P.s: it is not an oyo hotel Pros: 1) The location is perfect, it is very near to the small dhanaulti market and just in between two eco parks which are the only tourist spots in Dhanaulti. 2) The rooms are comfortable with most facilities, plus they have a great view of the valley. 3) Food was great, we were the only people in the hotel on those dates,yet they made delicious dinner and breakfast. 4) staff is wonderful and caring Cons: 1) there was echo in rooms,i.e we could hear lot of outside voices. The management is worth to rectify that.

Hotel Royal President-Dhanolti is sitiuated at most scenic location with lush green view from both side of your room. Located on the main road of Dhanolti. Very good parking facility. Very good in hospitality Kind and supporting staff available 24x7. Ultimate food prepared fresh into their own kitchen. Food taste will match to best of Delhi's restaurants. Located in between the 2 Eco Parks which are at walkable distance from hotel. Staff suggestions made the trip memorable.
